Sign value in numeric-edited sending field at statement &1 was not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : During the de-editing of a numeric-edited field containing the PICTURE characters CR or DB, or the fixed PICTURE character + or -, the sign value was found to be incorrect. Message issued at statement &1 of COBOL program &4 in program object &2 in library &3.
