Sign value in numeric-edited sending field at statement &1 was not valid (C D F G).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : During the de-editing of a numeric-edited field containing the PICTURE characters CR or DB, or the fixed PICTURE character + or -, the sign value was found to be incorrect. Message issued at statement &1 of COBOL program &4 in program object &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : Type a C if you do not want a dump, a D if you want a dump of the COBOL identifiers, an F to dump both the COBOL identifiers and the file information, or a G to continue the program at the next COBOL statement.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- No dump is given.
D -- A dump of the COBOL identifiers is given.
F -- A dump of the COBOL identifiers and the file information is given
G -- The program continues at the next COBOL statement.
