Unable to access XML document file (C G).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to access the stream file specified in an XML PARSE statement, but the file was not found. Possible causes of this error are:
The stream file name may be incorrect.
The identifier specified on the XML PARSE statement is not large enough to contain the stream file name.
An absolute path name is specified, but the first character is not '/'. Message issued at statement &1 of COBOL program &4 in program object &2 in library &3. The stream file is: &6
Recovery . . . : Type a C to cancel the program, or a G to continue the program at the next COBOL statement.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- The program is cancelled.
G -- The program continues at the next COBOL statement.
