Cause . . . . . : The argument for intrinsic function &6 was not within the allowed range. Message issued at statement &1 of COBOL program &4 in program object &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : Make sure that argument-2 falls within the specified range. Argument-2 must be a positive integer.
