Date of the form YYYYMMDD out of range for argument-1 of function &6. Function result set to zero.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The argument for intrinsic function &6 was not within the allowed range. Message issued at statement &1 of COBOL program &4 in program object &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : Make sure that the argument falls within the specified range for the given intrinsic function. For function INTEGER-OF-DATE, argument-1 must be in the form YYYYMMDD where YYYY must be greater than 1600 but not greater than 9999, MM must be a positive integer less than 13, and DD must be a positive integer less than 32.
