Date FORMAT literal, &6, must specify a day of year.

Cause . . . . . : An item of class date-time is described with a format literal. The format literal is made up of separators and conversion specifiers. For an item of category Date, the format literal must contain the right combination of conversion specifiers that will allow a day of the year to be determined. If a Date FORMAT literal contains a year and month conversion specification, but no day of the month, the first day of the month is assumed. The error was detected at statement &1 of COBOL program &4 in program object &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : Remove conversion specifiers that are not allowed for Date items, or add conversion specifiers that will result in a day of the year.
