The resulting date-time item for function &6 was not in a valid range.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A date without a one digit century (ØC) must be within the years 0001 thru 9999. A date with a one digit century must be within the years 1900 thru 2899, or if the DATTIM process statement option was specified then the date must be within the years supported by the base century. Message issued at statement &1 of COBOL program &4 in program object &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : Make sure that the resulting date-time item is within the supported range.
