Exception condition of thread not valid.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : You tried to retrieve exception data or re-signal an exception when the thread was not in the exception handling condition. The thread is not in the external program, internal entry point or the branch point exception handler. The re-signal option is valid only for the external exception handler.
