Procedure size exceeds maximum.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The object was not created because an internal system limit was reached. Not enough space was available for a procedure.
Recovery . . . : Reduce the size of the procedure.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The maximum size of a procedure is &1 bytes. The dictionary index for the procedure is &2, the dictionary entry is &3, and the offset to the dictionary entry is &5 bytes. The LIC log note ID is &6.
