Size of literals exceeds maximum.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The object was not created because an internal system limit was reached. Not enough space was available in the literal pool to add the literal.
Recovery . . . : Reduce the number or size of literals.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The current size of all literals is &1 bytes. The maximum size of all literals is &2 bytes. The size of the literal to add is &3 bytes and the literal is &4. The LIC log note ID is &6.
