Journaled objects not at a boundary where they can be recovered. Return code is &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An operation was attempted on a journal space or a journal port that required all object changes, corresponding to the journal entries contained on the indicated journal space to be at boundaries where they can be recovered. Return codes and their meanings follow:
0001 -- One or more objects are not at a recoverable boundary.
0002 -- One or more objects are not at a commit boundary.
0003 -- The journal space is retained for recovery.
0004 -- Delayed entries persist in a Remote Journal.
0005 -- A reorganize physical file member is in progress for one or more physical file members that have access paths being journaled.
0006 -- A clear physical file member is in progress for one or more physical file members that have access paths being journaled.
0008 -- A job is currently retrieving journal entries from this journal space.
0009 -- One or more objects are involved in a long-running operation.
