The open ID is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The byte string instruction using open ID &1 failed with a reason code &2.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the open ID value passed in the instruction is the same value that was returned from the open byte string instruction. Correct the value and run the instruction again.
