To where? Move cursor, press Enter

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You have pressed F1 (Copy) or F2 (Move), marked the block, and are now being asked where the block should be copied or moved to.
Recovery . . . : To complete this function, do the following:
1. Position the cursor to the first character or code you want the block of text to precede.
Note: You must use the cursor movement keys to position the cursor to the target location.
2. Press Enter. The copy or move is performed. The cursor is moved to the first character of the text at the new location.
To cancel this function, press F8 (Reset).
