Not all form fields on screen are input capable.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The maximum number of form fields that are input capable on a screen is 255. The number of form fields on the screen exceeds 255.
Recovery . . . : After entering data into the form fields that are input capable, reposition the lines on the screen so those fields that were not input capable are within the 255 maximum allowed.
