Cause . . . . . : The year and day values that you specified are not correct.
Recovery . . . : Correct the year and day values and submit your request again. The date format must be one or two digits and a separator followed by one or two digits and a separator followed by one or two digits, or six digits. Correct separators are blank , . / and -.
