Office services session request failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You requested an office services session function, but the necessary system resources could not be allocated to complete the function. The function was not performed. The reason code for the failure is &1. The reason codes are
'0001' - Work Control Block could not be allocated. See your service administrator.
'0002' - Value in Work Control Block is not correct. See your service administrator.
Recovery . . . : See the other messages listed in the job log, if any. Correct these errors and try your request again. If the reason cannot be corrected, see your service administrator.
