Number of bytes provided for the error code is not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You specified an incorrect number of bytes for the error code structure on the QOCCTLOF programming interface. Valid values are 0 and greater than 8. If you specify 0 bytes, any errors will be returned to you as messages.
Recovery . . . : Change the number of bytes provided on the error code structure to 0 or to be greater than 8.
