SLTFILE value not allowed for operation.

Cause . . . . . : The SLTFILE value is not allowed for the CPYOPT variation specified. One of the following conditions occurred:
- An attempt was made to copy files from a backup volume to a primary volume specifying *CHANGED for SLTFILE. This is not a valid option since any file on a backup volume will never be newer than the same file on the primary volume.
- An attempt was made to copy files from a primary volume to a backup volume specifying *NEW for SLTFILE. This is not allowed since it could result in changed files not being copied to the backup volume if those files already exist on the backup volume. Backup volumes must have the most current copy of the file on the primary volume.
Recovery . . . : Change the SLTFILE value or change the volume name selected. Try the request again.
