Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &2 on optical volume &1 is currently in use by this job or another job.
Recovery . . . : Enter the Display Optical Locks (DSPOPTLCK) CL command specifying TYPE(*FILE) VOL(&1) PATH(&2) to determine what jobs are using the file. If no jobs are shown the file could be in use by an Integrated File System job. The DSPOPTLCK CL command is not able to show files that are in use by Integrated File System jobs. If another job is using the file wait for the job to complete the operation on this file then try the request again. If this job is using the file, most likely the file is open. Close the file and try the request again.
