Cannot access held optical file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &2 on optical volume &1 cannot be accessed because the file is a held file. Held files are optical files which were never successfully saved (physically written) to optical media.
Recovery . . . : Enter the Work Held Optical Files (WRKHLDOPTF) CL command specifying VOL(&1) to display the held files. Save the file to media or release it by selecting the Save or Release option from the "Work with Held Optical Files" panel. Then try the request again.
