Value specified is not a held optical file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to either save or release a held optical file failed. File &2 on volume &1 is either not a held file or does not exist.
Recovery . . . : If you selected the Save or Release option from the Work with Held Optical Files panel, press F5=Refresh to see a current list of optical files which are still held.
