Not authorized to save or restore optical volume &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You are not authorized to save or restore optical volume &1 in the file system QOPT. To save or restore optical volume &1 you are required to have *USE authority to optical device &2 and one of the following requirements:
01 - If the optical media type is *UDF then the following conditions must be met. Either you have *SAVSYS special authority or *OBJEXIST authority to the authorization list securing optical volume &1 and *RWX authority to the optical volume root directory for optical volume &1.
02 - For all other optical media types you are required to have either *SAVSYS special authority or *OBJEXIST authority to the authorization list securing optical volume &1.
Recovery . . . : Obtain authority from the security officer and try the request again.
