No device description configured for resource &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request was made for an optical device that had a resource name &1. There is no longer a device description configured for the resource or the resource name has changed. All volumes with resource name &1 have been marked *OFFLINE.
Recovery . . . : If the resource is still correct configure a device description and vary it on. If the resource name has changed, change the device description with resource &1 to the new resource and vary it on. If the resource is for an optical library, rebuild the optical index databases for the varied on optical device using the Reclaim Optical (RCLOPT) CL command with OPTION(*SYNC) and try the request again.
