The duplicate optical volume request from optical volume &1 to optical volume &2 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred when duplicating optical volume &1 to optical volume &2. See the previous message in the job log for more information about the error. If no other messages exist, then the duplicate optical process failed for an unknown reason.
Recovery . . . : If previous error messages exist, follow the recovery suggested for those errors. If no other error messages exist, then optical volume &2 may be damaged. Remove volume &2 using the Remove Optical Cartridge (RMVOPTCTG) CL command, then add it again using the Add Optical Cartridge (ADDOPTCTG) CL command. If errors occur, then optical volume &2 is unusable and a different target volume must be specified for this duplicate optical volume request.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The extended status for the error is &3.
