ERROR condition at &4 in &3. ONCODE &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : ERROR condition was raised for file &2. An invalid input or output operation was tried on file &6 in library &7, member or device &8. The message is &5. Refer to the preceding message in the job log or on the display to determine the cause.
Recovery . . . : Use the recovery described in the preceding message. To determine the message in your program, use the PLIRCVMSG built-in subroutine. To look at the complete message, compile your program with the *DIAGNOSE option and run the program again.
