Cause . . . . . : QPEICALL was used to call program &1 in library &2. Program &1 is not a PL/I program. Only a PL/I program may be called using QPEICALL.
Recovery . . . : Specify a PL/I program as the first parameter of QPEICALL.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Program &1 was not called.
