An error occurred in the conversion of the resource name &12 to UTF16. The return code is &11.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error was found while processing file &1 number &7 in job &5/&4/&3 created on system &8 at &9. An error occurred when trying to convert the resource name to UTF16. The return codes are:
1 There was no data to convert.
2 The converter cannot obtain the CCSID.
3 The converter cannot obtain the conversion descriptor from iconv.
4 The converter was not able to convert the data. If you specified absolute fidelity, processing of the print request ended. If you specified content fidelity, the current page or resource being processed was skipped and processing of the print request continued.
Recovery . . . : Correct the name and resubmit the job.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The internal message identifier (ID) is &6.
