The sum of 2 values selects data beyond the record identifier field.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error was found while processing file &1 number &27 in job &5/&4/&3 created on system &37 at &38.. For Record Descriptor (RCD) structured fields that are marked to use only the record identifier portion of an input record, only the record identifier may be accessed by the RCD. The data start parameter plus the data length parameter of RCD number &22 will access data beyond the 250 byte record identifier area of the input record. Processing of your print request has ended.
The error found with reason code &16. The reason codes have the following meanings:
1 -- Error in spooled file &1 number &27 for job &5/&4/&3 created on system &37 at &38.
2 -- Error in external resource &42 in library &13 of type &15.
3 -- Error in inline resource &42 of type &15.
Recovery . . . : You must correct the RCD structured field in the page definition and submit the print request again. For more information about the structured field refer to Mixed Object Document Content Architecture Reference (SC31-6802) and AFP: Programming Guide and Line Data Reference (S544-3884).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The internal message identifier (ID) is &6.
