The value for release timer (RLSTMR) is not supported for device &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : RLSTMR has a value other than *NOMAX. ACTRLSTMR has a value of either *NORDYF or *IMMED. This combination of values is not supported for a Twinaxial-attached device. The values will be ignored. The session with the device will not be released until an ENDWTR is executed.
Recovery . . . : Change the value for RLSTMR to *NOMAX. Use CHGPSFCFG to specify this value to prevent this message from being issued.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The internal message identifier (ID) is &1.
