Connection with device &7 cannot be established.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An intersystem communications function (ICF) major/minor return code &8 was received for remote location &9, remote network &10, device &7, mode &11, local location &14, using ICF file &12 in library &13. A major/minor return code of **** means that the ICF file could not be or was not opened.
Recovery . . . : See the print driver job log for previous messages containing more details. After correcting the problem, start the printer writer to begin processing files again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The internal message identifier (ID) is &6.
