Data stream not valid in file &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The input file specified with the MBR parameter of the PRTAFPDTA command does not contain a valid data stream. The first byte in the identifier field in the structured field introducer is not X'D3'.
Recovery . . . : Correct the input file and submit the print request again.
