Parameter is too long for keyword &1 in open options string.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The parameters for some keywords have restrictions on their maximum length. The name of the file variable being opened is &2. If the name of the file variable is of the form PASCALnnnn, the variable is an element of an array or was allocated with the NEW procedure.
Recovery . . . : Conform to the restriction on keyword &1.
