Numeric parameter for keyword &1 is out of range.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value of the numeric parameter for &1 exceeds the allowed maximum value. The name of the file variable being opened is &2. If the name of the file variable is of the form PASCALnnnn, the variable is an element of an array or was allocated with the NEW procedure.
Recovery . . . : Replace the numeric parameter with a value valid for keyword &1.
