Host server daemon jobs unable to communicate using TCP.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request was issued to start one or more of the host server daemon jobs or the server mapper daemon job. However, TCP/IP is not active. The server daemon jobs will not be able to communicate using TCP/IP. This message can be displayed if the STRHOSTSVR command was issued without the RQDPCL parameter, or if the RQDPCL parameter was specified with the *ANY or *TCP values.
Recovery . . . : If TCP/IP is required, use the STRTCP command to start TCP/IP. After TCP/IP has started, you may have to issue the STRHOSTSVR command again to start the host server daemons.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The host server daemon jobs and server mapper job will communicate using TCP/IP. TCP/IP must be initialized and activated in order for the host servers using sockets communication to communicate using TCP/IP. Ensure that the QSYSWRK subsystem is also active. In addition, if starting the *DATABASE or *FILE server, the QSERVER subsystem must be started. Use the STRSBS command to start the necessary subsystems and run the command again.
