Error on call to user exit program &1 in &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When calling the user exit program &1 in library &2, message &3 occurred. One of the following conditions occurred:
- An error occurred on the call to the user exit program.
- The user exit program sent the message.
- An unexpected error occurred in the user exit program.
Recovery . . . : Determine why message &3 occurred, correct the problem, and run the function again.
