F15 (Check syntax) is supported only for DB2 for i5/OS.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : While you were creating or changing an SQL query, you pressed F15 (Check syntax) to check the syntax of the query. You are connected to a remote database which is not DB2 for i5/OS. You cannot check the syntax of a query when you are connected to a database that is not DB2 for i5/OS.
Recovery . . . : Use the CONNECT Query Manager statement to connect to an System i database; then retry the request.
