COMMIT or ROLLBACK not allowed, so level must be 1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You do not have authority to use the COMMIT and/or ROLLBACK statement, and you specified a commitment control level other than 1=None. If you cannot use COMMIT and ROLLBACK, your commitment control level must be 1=None.
Recovery . . . : Change your commitment control level to 1=None. If you want authority to use COMMIT or ROLLBACK, talk to your security administrator. The security administrator is the only user with the authority necessary to allow and restrict SQL statements through the Select Allowed SQL Statements display.
