Specify the Test operator before the Value(s).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You have not yet specified a Test operator, and have tried to display prompting for comparison value(s). The prompt windows for comparison value(s) change depending on the Test that you specify. For example, you enter no values for a Test of NL (Null), two values only for a Test of BT (Between), and up to six values for a Test of EQ (Equal to).
Recovery . . . : Enter a Test operator. You can position the cursor on the prompt for Test, and press F4 (Prompt) to display a list of all supported Test operators, from which you can make a selection. Then retry the request.
