Value used to test &7 must be time.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The tested field is a time field; therefore, the value must either be a time constant or a field that contains a time.
Recovery . . . : Type a value that is the name of a time field, the name of a character field that contains a time, or a character constant enclosed in apostrophes that represents a time.
Examples:
-- TIME EQ '12.15.00'
-- TIME LT '12:14 AM'
