Value used to test field &7 must be timestamp.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The tested field is a timestamp field; therefore, the value must be either a timestamp constant or a field that contains a timestamp.
Recovery . . . : Type a value that is the name of a timestamp field, the name of a character field that contains a timestamp, or a character constant enclosed in apostrophes that represents a timestamp.
Example:
-- TIMESTMP EQ '1991-04-02-12.23.01.000001'
(shown in International Standards Organization (ISO) format yyyy-mm-dd-hh.mm.ss.uuuuuu)
