Value used to test field &7 must be SBCS or bracketed DBCS.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The tested field is a double-byte character set (DBCS)-open field; therefore, the value must be single-byte character set (SBCS) or bracketed DBCS.
Recovery . . . : In the Value column:
-- Type the name of a SBCS or bracketed DBCS field.
or
-- Type a value enclosed in apostrophes that is a SBCS or bracketed DBCS constant.
If you want to compare field &7 with a date, time, or timestamp field, put the date, time, or timestamp field first and use field &7 as the comparison value.
