Test field &7 using all bracketed DBCS or all SBCS data.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Field &7 is a double-byte character set (DBCS)-either field; therefore, the value used to test the field must contain either all bracketed DBCS data or all single-byte character set (SBCS) data, but not both.
Recovery . . . : Type a value that is a SBCS or bracketed DBCS field, or a SBCS or DBCS-only constant.
