Spool the output value must be Y or N, or blank.

Message Long Text :

Recovery . . . : In the Spool the output prompt, type a Y (yes) if you want the output data for your query report to be spooled to an output queue. Type an N (no) if you want the output to go directly to the printer device for printing. If you leave the prompt blank, Query uses the value from the printer file (QPQUPRFIL) or, it uses the SPOOL parameter value of the overridden printer file.
