Cannot implicitly connect to a remote site with a savepoint outstanding.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The statement referenced an object at a remote DBMS when an active savepoint exists.
Recovery . . . : An implicit connect to a remote server is not allowed because a savepoint is outstanding. Issue a RELEASE TO SAVEPOINT or ROLLBACK TO SAVEPOINT before retrying the statement. Committing or rolling back the transaction will also release existing savepoints.
