Specific name &3 in &2 already exists.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to create a function or procedure &1 in &2 with specific name &3, but specific name &3 already exists in the schema. All routines (functions and procedures) in the same schema must have unique specific names.
Recovery . . . : Specify a SPECIFIC NAME that does not exist or do not specify a SPECIFIC NAME and a unique name will be generated for you. Otherwise, delete the existing routine. Try the request again.
