CHECK constraint &1 cannot be added.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Existing data in the table violates the CHECK constraint rule in constraint &1. The constraint cannot be added.
Recovery . . . : Change the data in the table so that it follows the constraint specified in &1. Try the request again.
