Data type of literal &1 not compatible with column &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The literal specified is not compatible. If literal &1 is specified for the STARTING, ENDING, or EVERY clause, it is not compatible with column &3. The data type of column &3 is &2. If the literal is specified in a comparison with a numeric value, the literal is not a valid numeric value.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid literal. Try the request again.
