&1 in &2 type *SQLPKG cannot be accessed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : SQL Package &1 in &2 was not created using the QSQPRCED API and cannot be accessed by the QSQPRCED API. *SQLPKG objects created using CRTSQLPKG or the CRTSQLxxx commands cannot be used by the QSQPRCED API.
Recovery . . . : Use the QSQPRCED API to create a new *SQLPKG object. Change your request to use the package created by the API.
