&1 Flagging -- Indicator &2 must be small integer.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The IBM SQL standard requires indicator host variables to be declared with a data type of small integer. The ANS standard requires indicator host variables to be an exact numeric data type with a scale of 0.
Recovery . . . : If compliance to the &1 standard is required, change the declaration of &2 to a supported data type.
