&1 Flagging -- Variable name &2 not specified correctly.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : &2 was not specified correctly in the statement. Variables used in a routine body of a function or procedure must not be preceeded by a colon. Variables used in all other statements require a colon before the variable name.
Recovery . . . : If compliance to the &1 standard is required, specify the colon before the variable name when it is needed. Do not use a colon in a routine.
